Science: I’m fascinated by how animals navigate: how different species use a range of environmental cues for direction-finding (orientation/compass systems) and position-finding (navigation/maps) during migration. My work focuses on understanding these mechanisms through carefully designed behavioural experiments. I particularly enjoy developing and building complex experimental setups that make it possible to study these processes under controlled conditions.
Hobby: When I’m not immersed in science, I enjoy photography: (landscape, macro, astro, travel, and wildlife) which I share on my Instagram and Photo map. I also enjoy creating video clips, traveling to new places with my family, 3D modeling, and playing video games.
